Godrej Properties

Godrej Properties is the real estate arm of the Godrej group, one of India's older business houses. The company was set up in 1990, is based in Mumbai, and went public in 2010; its shares trade on both the NSE and the BSE. It builds mostly housing, along with some commercial, township and plotted developments, and works in more than a dozen Indian cities, among them Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, the NCR and Kolkata. In Noida it has projects such as Godrej Woods, Godrej Tropical Isle, Godrej Riverine and Godrej Nest. Around Sector 27 in Greater Noida it has a group of projects that includes Godrej Golf Links. In Kolkata its projects include Godrej Se7en at Joka and Godrej Blue at Alipore. Because it is a listed company, its financial results and investor disclosures are public.
