Carpet areas are missing from the listing, so ask for them before comparing with other Godrej City phases. The project is shown on IndiProp as ready to move, and prices on file are from the launch period, so confirm current figures with the developer or with resale sellers in the complex. Within the township there is a city-level clubhouse, a central park and themed gardens, a mini theatre, high-street retail and a commercial plaza with offices. The phase itself lists a pool, gym, spa, sauna, tennis and squash courts, a jogging track and a library. Panvel's road links to the highway and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway help, and the new airport is not far. Rail access depends on a drive to Panvel station for now.
