Prices on the listing begin at ₹74.99 lakh and ₹79.99 lakh for the 2 BHK homes. The 3 BHK is shown at ₹87.99 lakh at one end and ₹1.5 crore at the other, a spread that is too wide to reflect size alone and probably mixes launch and later pricing. Get a written price sheet with the tower, floor and carpet area of the exact unit.
Possession is scheduled for March 2027, about six months away. The RERA reference on the listing, ACK/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/210322/005789, is in the acknowledgement format that Karnataka RERA issues while an application is pending. Ask Godrej for the final PRM registration number and confirm it on the portal before signing.
