Godrej Icon is a residential project by Godrej Properties in Sector 88A, Gurugram, in the Dwarka Expressway belt, developed on land of about 3.73 hectares. This HRERA registration covers Tower 4/E and Tower 5/F, a later phase of the development, with Oasis Landmarks LLP as the registered promoter. The first towers were launched in 2015, when Business Standard reported that the company had sold the inventory offered at launch. The development includes a 32-storey tower and offers apartments in 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations. Its distinctive feature is a sky terrace and garden placed at a height of about 39.6 metres, with a star-gazing platform, reflexology court, yoga and meditation centre and rooftop seating areas. Units are fitted with air-conditioning and marble flooring. The registration for Towers E and F is valid until December 2029, which is the timeline buyers of these towers should track.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1224-2022, with registration valid until December 2029.
