Ready to Move

Godrej Properties launched Urban Park on a site of about 3 acres in Chandivali, between Saki Naka and Powai. The project was aimed at buyers who want a large-developer name at prices below those of Powai's Hiranandani towers.
The listing shows 1 BHK homes of 396 sq ft and 450 sq ft, priced at about ₹1.25 crore and ₹1.31 crore, and 2 BHK homes of 597 sq ft and 680 sq ft at ₹1.88 crore and ₹2.11 crore. The 3 BHK layouts are 891 sq ft and 996 sq ft at ₹2.81 crore and ₹3.19 crore. Carpet rates run from about ₹31,000 to ₹32,000 per sq ft, which is high for Chandivali, so compare with nearby ready projects. MahaRERA registration is P51800028364.
Possession was due in December 2024, and IndiProp shows Urban Park as ready to move. The figures above come from the earlier listing. Confirm current pricing and availability with Godrej.
Inside the complex there is a clubhouse, pool, gym, yoga area and indoor and outdoor games, along with round-the-clock water, backup power, visitor parking, intercom and CCTV. The Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road, Metro Line 1 at Saki Naka and both the domestic and international airports are close, and the Western and Eastern Express Highways are reachable in either direction. Schools and hospitals in Powai are next door. Buyers should note that the smallest 1 BHK is under 400 sq ft.
