The earlier phases were scheduled for delivery from 2022, but this Vol. III registration is valid until August 2028, so it is treated as under construction. Possession dates for this specific phase differ between official pages and should be confirmed with the developer.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1369-2023, with registration valid until August 2028.
