1. Who we are

IndiProp (indiprop.in) is operated from Office 715, Tower T3, Golden I, Techzone IV, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India. We decide why and how your personal data is processed on the Website and are the "Data Fiduciary" for it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Enquiries and callbacks: your name, mobile number, email (optional), budget, message, the page or project you enquired about, and the date and time.
• Accounts (owners, brokers, builders): name, email, mobile number, account type, company or agency name, RERA agent number, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password itself.
• Listings you post: property details, address and photos, and for builders the company details submitted for verification.
• Usage data: pages visited, search terms, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and clicks on call, WhatsApp and brochure buttons, collected through cookies and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager.

3. How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits and share project details and price lists you ask for;
• to create and run your account, publish and review your listings, and send you service emails such as password resets and listing approvals;
• to connect interested buyers and tenants with the person who posted a listing;
• to keep the Website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and understand which pages and features are useful so we can improve them;
• to meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Your consent

We process enquiry and account data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or sign up, and usage data to operate and secure the Website. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us through our contact page; this stops further processing but does not affect what was done before. Some features, such as posting a listing, cannot work without the related data.

5. Who we share it with

• Developers, owners, brokers and advisory partners connected with the project or property you enquired about, so they can respond to you.
• Buyers and tenants who view a listing you posted: your name and the contact number on your account are shown with the listing.
• Service providers who host and run the Website for us, such as web hosting and storage (Hostinger), email delivery, and analytics (Google). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager) to measure visits and improve the Website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; signing in needs essential cookies. Google's use of this data is described in its own privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as it is useful for your property search and for up to three years after our last contact with you. Account and listing data is kept while your account is open and for up to three years after it is closed, unless the law requires longer (for example, for tax or dispute purposes). Usage data in Google Analytics is kept for up to 14 months.

8. How we protect it

The Website uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored only as salted hashes, admin areas are access-controlled, and access to personal data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
• correct, complete or update it; account holders can edit most details in their profile;
• erase it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to;
• address a grievance, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to us through our contact page from the email or phone number linked to your data. We reply within 30 days.

10. Children

The Website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the Website.
