For buyers who want a Godrej address near the airport, Godrej Ananda on Bagalur Road is one of the developer's North Bengaluru projects. It is close to the aerospace and IT parks that KIADB is developing, and Kempegowda International Airport is within easy driving distance.
The project offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments. Listed prices ran from about ₹26 lakh for the smallest homes to around ₹1.65 crore at the top. The size and price data for individual units does not line up cleanly, so it is better to ask for the current price sheet and carpet areas than to rely on older figures. Possession was due in December 2024. The project is shown here as Ready to Move, and buyers should check handover status tower by tower.
Godrej says more than 80% of the site is kept as green cover. The amenity list covers a clubhouse with a gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna and jacuzzi, plus courts for tennis, badminton, basketball and squash. There are also a jogging and cycling track, yoga areas, indoor games, a library and a party hall. Power backup, CCTV, intercom and fire systems are included, along with rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant.
Road access comes from BK Halli Road, the secondary airport road and Vidya Nagar Main Road. The Peripheral Ring Road, still at the proposal stage, is meant to pass through this part of the city as well. Social infrastructure is still catching up with the housing.
