Kolshet Road, on the western side of Thane, was once lined with factories and has spent the last decade turning into a residential district. Godrej Panorama is one of the larger projects along it, planned as five high-rise towers on a plot of more than 5 acres by Godrej Properties.
Possession is scheduled for December 2026. The project is listed with MahaRERA registration P51700034608, which is also the number shown for Godrej Ascend nearby, so ask the developer which phase and towers that registration covers before paying a booking amount.
Two-bedroom homes start at about ₹1.5 crore, and 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments are also offered. The unit details available to us do not include reliable carpet areas or prices for the larger homes, so request the official price sheet and floor plans and compare them with other Godrej launches on the same road. The amenity plan covers a clubhouse, a pool, a gym, courts for tennis, badminton, squash and basketball, a jogging track, a library and a spa, with rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant as part of the services.
From Kolshet Road, Ghodbunder Road and the Thane city centre are both close, and a number of schools and colleges can be reached in a short drive. The Metro Line 4 corridor being built along Ghodbunder Road should improve links to Wadala and the Eastern Express Highway once it opens. Thane railway station remains the main rail link for most residents here.
