Possession was due in June 2022. IndiProp therefore lists Godrej Tranquil as Ready to Move, and the project is complete or in handover. Buyers today will mostly be dealing with remaining developer stock or resale flats, and should confirm prices directly.
The earlier price list showed 2 BHK homes of 608 and 737 sq ft carpet at ₹1.77 crore and ₹2.21 crore, and 3 BHK homes of 847 and 861 sq ft at about ₹2.54 crore and ₹2.58 crore. The developer also sold one-bedroom and 2.5 BHK layouts. Common areas include cabanas and gazebos, an events lawn, a multipurpose hall and court, a pool with a deck, a gym, a children's play area and a senior citizens' zone, plus a separate set of facilities on the rooftop. Common-area power backup, energy-efficient lighting, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant are part of the building services.
The domestic and international airports are about 12 km away along the Western Express Highway. Kandivali, Malad and Borivali stations are four to five km from the site, and the nearest Metro Line 7 station is roughly 2 km away. Peak-hour traffic on the highway is the usual trade-off for this stretch.
