Godrej Majesty stands on plot GH-01 in Sector 12, Greater Noida West, close to the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road that ties the area to Noida and the expressway. Godrej Properties launched it in April 2025, and describes the design as neoclassical, with landscaping modelled on Lutyens' Delhi.
The project sticks to larger homes: 3 BHK, 3 BHK with study and 4 BHK apartments, with prices on Godrej's site starting at ₹3.56 crore. More than 3 acres of the plot is set aside as landscaped greens. Amenities listed by the developer include a clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, yoga deck, gym, children's play areas, sports facilities and wellness spaces. Godrej has not published unit sizes, tower count or total apartments on the project page.
Godrej Properties is the listed real estate company of the Godrej Group and has several projects across Greater Noida, most of them in Sector 27. Majesty is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ250823/04/2025. Godrej's site gives January 2030 as the possession date, while the RERA record shows February 2030.
A starting price above ₹3.5 crore is well above what most Greater Noida West projects ask. Buyers are paying for the brand and a newer plan, so weigh that against ready homes in the same area and ask for the carpet area in writing.
