Mamurdi sits on the north-western edge of Pimpri-Chinchwad, a short way from Dehu Road and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. From here, Wakad, Hinjewadi and the Chakan industrial belt are all reachable by road, which is why the area has attracted a string of large housing projects, Godrej Serene among them.

Construction is at mid stage and possession is scheduled for June 2027, under MahaRERA number P52100047405. Buyers who commute daily to Hinjewadi should test the route at peak hours, because the expressway and Dehu Road stretches can be slow.
