Mamurdi is on Pune's north-western edge near Dehu Road, where the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, the old Mumbai-Pune highway and the Katraj-Dehu Road bypass meet. Pimpri, Chinchwad, Talegaon and Chakan are all within reach, and Wakad and Hinjewadi are accessible by the bypass.
