About Godrej Central Park
About 1,100 trees and a nature trail of roughly a kilometre give Godrej Central Park in Mamurdi its character. Around 6 acres of the site are green, with a fruit orchard, a forest boardwalk and a canopy walk, and the landscape and master plan were designed by RSP Design Consultants.
Mamurdi is on Pune's north-western edge, close to the old Mumbai-Pune highway, with Pimpri, Chinchwad, Talegaon and Chakan within easy reach. The Pune Metro line from PCMC to Swargate starts at Pimpri, and the Pune Ring Road being built by the state will pass through this belt.
The homes are compact. A 2 BHK of 488 sq ft carpet area costs about ₹47.8 lakh, and a 3 BHK of 601 sq ft about ₹59 lakh. Earlier material quoted larger sizes of about 569 and 678 sq ft, which may include balconies, so ask for the registered carpet area. A 3 BHK of 601 sq ft will have small rooms, and families may prefer the space of a larger 2 BHK elsewhere.
The clubhouse of about 1,500 sq m is divided into four zones, with a lap pool, a two-tier children's pool, box cricket, basketball and a senior citizens' corner. Shops for groceries, a pharmacy, an ATM and cafés are inside the project. Godrej Properties is the real estate arm of the Godrej Group. Possession was scheduled for December 2021, and the project is now offered as ready to move. It is registered with MahaRERA as P52100019639, and buyers should confirm the occupancy certificate for their tower before booking.
