At its launch in April 2024, Business Standard reported that more than 1,050 homes were sold within three days for over Rs 3,000 crore, covering about 2 million sq ft, and that Zenith is the company's largest residential project in Gurugram. The official page now lists 4 BHK plus utility homes, with prices from about Rs 5.88 crore for remaining inventory, and a possession timeline of December 2030. The developer highlights a multi-level clubhouse, landscaped gardens and a wellness focus in the overall plan. The Haryana RERA registration was issued in 2024 and is valid until March 2031. Tower count, total homes and site area are not stated on the developer's page.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1536-2024, with registration valid until March 2031.
