Only two layouts are on offer. The 2 BHK measures 750 sq ft and starts at ₹3.30 crore, while the 3 BHK is 990 sq ft at about ₹4.43 crore. That works out to roughly ₹44,000 per sq ft, a steep figure for Navi Mumbai and closer to what buyers pay in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai. Anyone weighing it against older buildings nearby should compare carpet area and outgoings carefully, since the premium here is for the view, the brand and a new structure.
Vashi is one of the oldest and most settled nodes of Navi Mumbai. Vashi station sits on both the Harbour line and the Trans-Harbour line, the Vashi bridge carries traffic across Thane Creek towards Mankhurd and Chembur, and Palm Beach Road runs south from here towards Nerul and Belapur. Schools, hospitals and markets are already in place, which is less common for a new launch.
Inside the complex, Godrej lists a swimming pool, a gym, a skating rink, a reflection pool, a meditation deck and children's play areas, alongside courts for tennis, badminton and squash, a clubhouse with a library and indoor games, and a spa. Possession is a little over a year away as of now, so factor in rent or EMI overlap until the handover.
