The project is a single tall tower of ground plus 39 floors inside Godrej City, the developer's township at Thombrewadi village near Poyanje in Panvel taluka (PIN 410206). Being the central tower of its cluster, it gets open views in most directions.
Only three layouts are listed. The 2 BHK homes measure 658 and 735 sq ft carpet area and were priced at ₹79 lakh and ₹89 lakh. A 3 BHK of 1,064 sq ft was listed at ₹1.29 crore. Units come with a deck, and the gated plan is designed for cross ventilation. These are launch-period prices, and buyers should confirm today's figures with Godrej Properties.
Possession was due in December 2025 under MahaRERA registration P52000030367, and IndiProp now lists the project as ready to move, complete or in handover. For a buyer, that removes most construction risk, but it is still worth asking for the occupancy certificate and the date the society will be handed over.
The township's 20-acre central park is designed around a 9-hole golf course, with themed gardens alongside. Within the tower's own amenity list are a clubhouse, pool, gym, spa, sauna, courts for tennis, squash and badminton, a jogging track, yoga areas and a library. The location is some distance from Panvel town and its railway station, so a car or regular shuttle matters for daily travel. Those who work in Navi Mumbai or at the new airport will find the commute more manageable than those heading to Mumbai city.
