Godrej Verano is a new high-rise residential project by Godrej Properties in Sector 63A, Gurugram, which the developer's page describes as spanning Sectors 60 and 63A along the Golf Course Extension Road corridor. The design theme is inspired by Miami, with an emphasis on outdoor living, and the plan includes three separate clubs focused on leisure, wellness, socialising and sport. Godrej lists four towers with 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes, prices starting from about Rs 5.91 crore, and a possession timeline of March 2031. Business Standard reported in March 2026 that Godrej Properties had acquired the land on Golf Course Extension Road and estimated the project's revenue potential at around Rs 4,500 crore. The project was registered with Haryana RERA in 2026. Unit sizes, total homes and the detailed amenity list are not given on the developer's main project page.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2274-2026, with registration valid until June 2033.
