The 1 BHK units measure 424 and 428 sq ft of carpet and were priced at about ₹1.09 crore to ₹1.10 crore. Two-bedroom homes of 600 and 681 sq ft were listed at ₹1.63 crore and ₹1.85 crore, and the 3 BHK plans of 856 and 860 sq ft at around ₹2.34 crore to ₹2.35 crore. Most homes have wide balconies, and the flats are planned for cross ventilation.
Security gets more attention here than in many suburban towers. The complex runs a seven-tier system with RFID-based access. The RERA number on file, P51800022159, is also linked to the newer Godrej Bliss on what appears to be the same land, so confirm the registration for the specific tower you are buying in on the MahaRERA site.
