At listing, 1 BHK homes were priced at ₹39.15 lakh and ₹51.58 lakh, 2 BHK homes at ₹55.98 lakh and ₹74.73 lakh, and 3 BHK homes at ₹81.22 lakh and ₹1.07 crore.
