Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of the Godrej Group, has built steadily in west Pune, and Godrej Woodsville is its project in Hinjewadi. The site lies on the Hinjewadi side of the Baner-Mahalunge corridor, close to Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park and the Mahalunge-Maan town planning scheme being developed by PMRDA.
The plan has four high-rise towers of 32 storeys. Published carpet areas are about 771 sq ft for the 2 BHK and 973 sq ft for the 3 BHK, with prices from ₹71.86 lakh and ₹92.81 lakh respectively. Both configurations come in under ₹1 crore.
Over 400 trees are planned across the grounds, and the developer lists a jogging track of about 800 m and a sports arena on an upper level among the facilities. There is also a swimming pool, a gym, a squash court, a clubhouse and play areas for children.
Godrej Woodsville is registered with MahaRERA as P52100046729, and the stated possession date is December 2026. Although it is still listed as a new launch, that date is close, so check the construction update on MahaRERA. Peak-hour traffic around Hinjewadi and the Wakad junctions is heavy, and the Line 3 metro corridor to Shivajinagar is the main relief to watch.
