Possession was due in December 2025, and the project is now shown as ready to move, with handover under way or complete. An earlier date of December 2024 was also in circulation, so ask Godrej for the occupancy certificate and the real handover position before paying. The trade-off is well known to anyone who drives it: the road between Carmelaram and the Agara junction on the ORR is slow at peak hours, and no metro line serves this stretch yet.
