New Launch
Set in Pimpri, close to the old Mumbai-Pune highway and the metro line that runs along it, Godrej Emerald Waters pairs high-rise homes with a retail street. Godrej's plans show a frontage of about 174 metres with 116 shops, so everyday shopping will be on site rather than a drive away.
Most of the homes are 2 BHK. They range from about 681 to 709 sq ft of carpet area, priced from ₹1.06 crore to ₹1.11 crore. The 3 BHK homes, of around 872 sq ft, are listed between ₹1.34 crore and ₹1.38 crore. These are city-centre prices for Pimpri, reflecting the location near the station and the highway.
Green space is mostly on the podium, which has about 1.5 acres of landscaping, with another half acre at ground level. Facilities are split across two clubhouses with around 1,950 square metres between them, one built around water and the other around fitness and wellness. Residents also get a gym, a swimming pool, courts for squash and basketball and a jogging track. Godrej Properties is the real estate company of the Godrej Group.
Emerald Waters is a new launch registered with MahaRERA under P52100051200, and possession is scheduled for March 2028. The developer's own site now quotes prices starting a little higher than the figures above, so ask for the latest price sheet before comparing it with other projects.
