About Godrej River Crest
Godrej River Crest is being built on the Kharadi-Manjari Road, in the stretch of East Pune where Kharadi's office towers give way to the newer housing of Manjari. EON IT Park and the World Trade Center in Kharadi are the main employment draws, and Magarpatta and Hadapsar lie to the south.
This is a project of larger homes. There are two 3 BHK layouts, one of about 1,135 sq ft of carpet area at ₹2 crore and another of about 1,492 sq ft at ₹2.63 crore. The 4 BHK homes come in at around 1,466 sq ft for ₹2.64 crore and 1,726 sq ft for ₹3.11 crore. The smaller 4 BHK is actually a little smaller than the larger 3 BHK, so it is worth comparing room sizes rather than bedroom counts.

Residents have a swimming pool, courts for tennis, badminton, basketball and squash, a jogging and cycling track, and a yoga area, with a clubhouse holding the gym, sauna, spa and a library. Godrej Properties, part of the Godrej Group, has several other launches along this same road.
The project is recorded at mid stage, with possession scheduled for June 2029 under MahaRERA registration P52100077127. Since completion is still some way off, buyers can track construction through the quarterly progress updates the developer files on the MahaRERA website.
