Homes are 1, 2 and 3 BHK. The 2 BHK units listed measure about 950 and 1,177 sq ft, priced at ₹68 lakh and ₹90 lakh, and a 3 BHK of around 1,150 sq ft was listed at ₹95 lakh. Possession was due in March 2024, so the project is shown as Ready to Move. These are older figures, and current prices should be confirmed with Godrej.
The forest-themed clubhouse covers about 1,672 sq m and has an infinity pool, a gym, a crèche, art, dance and music rooms, and an e-games zone. The outdoor areas are grouped into zones. They include an open-air amphitheatre with a screen, golf putting greens, a party lawn, a futsal court, beach volleyball, tennis, a jogging and cycling track, a forest trail, a barbecue area and a yoga pavilion. A dog park, a tower designed for senior citizens and about 743 sq m of retail with eateries are also in the plan.
