The land off the Mumbai-Nashik Highway on the Bhiwandi side of Kalyan has drawn several large developers in the last decade, and Godrej Properties picked this stretch for Godrej Nirvaan. It is a six-tower residential project registered with MahaRERA under P51700022148, and the developer has laid it out with a large share of the site kept as open ground.
The homes are compact. A 1 BHK was listed at ₹58 lakh and 2 BHK units at about ₹69 lakh, which places Nirvaan at the entry end of what Godrej sells in the Thane district. Carpet areas were not part of the listing, so ask for the RERA carpet figure of each type before comparing rates with neighbouring projects. Early publicity also mentioned 3 BHK flats, but the current price list shows only one and two bedroom homes.
Most of the facilities lean towards sport and family use. There is a swimming pool, a gym, courts for tennis, badminton, squash and basketball, a jogging and cycling track, yoga areas and play space for children. The clubhouse adds a library, indoor games, a party hall, a sauna and a spa. Godrej has also promoted on-call services for small household jobs such as plumbing, cleaning and car washing. Rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant handle the site's utilities.
Possession was due in April 2023, so the project is complete and in handover, and buyers are choosing a finished flat rather than betting on a construction schedule. The prices above date from the launch period; confirm current rates with the developer. Kalyan Junction, on the Central Railway main line, is the nearest large station. Drive the route at office hours before deciding, because road traffic into Kalyan town can be heavy.
