Pimpri-Chinchwad is the industrial and residential half of greater Pune, and Godrej Nexus is a gated project in the Pimpri area. It is about 10 km from Hinjewadi, and the suburban railway line on this side of the city has stations at Akurdi, Chinchwad, Kasarwadi, Pimpri and Dapodi, which helps for trips towards Shivajinagar and central Pune.
The listing shows two configurations. The 2 BHK homes have about 750 sq ft of carpet area and are priced from ₹1.5 crore, and the 3 BHK homes, at about 900 sq ft, are listed at ₹2.3 crore. Those are high figures for Pimpri, well above what Godrej itself charges for similar sizes at its other project in the area, so buyers should compare carefully.
The site covers about nine acres. The layout includes a clubhouse, a jogging track and paved walkways, with a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and courts for tennis, squash and basketball among the other facilities. Godrej Properties, part of the Godrej Group, has been growing its presence in Pimpri-Chinchwad over the past few years.
Possession was scheduled for December 2025, and Godrej Nexus is now listed as ready to move. The MahaRERA number quoted, P52100051200, is the same one Godrej publishes for Godrej Emerald Waters in Pimpri, so ask the developer which registration covers this project and request its occupancy certificate before going further.
