The 2 BHK plans measure 605 and 732 sq ft, priced at ₹87.9 lakh and ₹1.06 crore. For larger families there are 3 BHK layouts of 955 and 1,064 sq ft at ₹1.39 crore and ₹1.55 crore. Possession was due in December 2022 under MahaRERA P52000026790, and IndiProp now shows the project as ready to move. Listed prices are older, so check current rates.

Godrej City lies at Thombrewadi, some way outside Panvel town. The Thombrewadi bus stop is the nearest public transport, and the proposed Mohape railway station would bring rail within reach once built. Panvel station and the new airport are longer drives. Residents who commute daily to Mumbai should factor in that distance, while those working in Navi Mumbai or from home will find it easier.
