Godrej Urban Retreat is on the Kharadi-Manjari Road in Manjari, a stretch of East Pune that has seen many new housing launches in recent years. The Kharadi office district, with EON IT Park and the World Trade Center, lies to the north, and Hadapsar and Magarpatta are to the west.
There are two 2 BHK types and one 3 BHK. The first 2 BHK type measures about 787 to 809 sq ft of carpet area and starts at ₹90 lakh. The second, at about 820 to 840 sq ft, is priced at ₹1.02 crore. The 3 BHK, at about 1,007 sq ft, is listed at ₹1.16 crore. Sizes are generous for the price compared with projects closer to Kharadi.
The shared facilities are large. The developer's plans show a clubhouse of about 6,500 square metres, a health centre of about 2,000 square metres with outpatient services and round-the-clock medical help, a community centre of about 700 square metres and a retail complex. Around four hectares of central greens and a range of sports courts, including tennis, squash, badminton and basketball, add to that. Godrej Properties, part of the Godrej Group, has other projects on this same road.
Urban Retreat is a new launch with possession scheduled for October 2027. It is registered with MahaRERA as P52100050128. Manjari's roads towards Kharadi and Hadapsar can be slow at peak hours, so test the commute before deciding.
