Lodha

Lodha is a Mumbai developer founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha and now run by his son Abhishek Lodha. The listed company, known for some years as Macrotech Developers, has traded on the NSE and BSE since April 2021 and was renamed Lodha Developers Ltd in June 2025. Most of its volume is in the Mumbai region, where it built the Palava township near Dombivli. Pune is its other main housing market.

In Pune the company works across several price bands. Belmondo at Gahunje, near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, is laid out beside the Pavana river and a golf course. Bella Vita, off NIBM Road, sits on 13 acres and is a joint project with Goel Ganga Developments. Giardino is in Kharadi. Other Pune launches include Sylvan, Panache and Magnus in Hinjewadi, Palais in Kothrud, Camelot in Kharadi and Massimo in Baner. Unit sizes run from compact 2 BHK flats to 4 and 5 BHK homes, so depending on the project the brand spans mid-premium to luxury pricing. The company usually launches large projects in phases, each tower group with its own MahaRERA number.
