Between Lower Parel and Worli lies the stretch Lodha likes to call the Mumbai Mile, and Adrina is one of its residential towers here. The project shares its MahaRERA registration, P51900001339, with the other buildings in the Lodha Park estate.
Two layouts are listed. The 2 BHK was offered at ₹6.63 crore and the 3 BHK at ₹9.85 crore; the listing did not include carpet areas, so check them against the rates at Lodha's neighbouring towers before settling on a price. Homes have wide windows and cross-ventilation, and the upper floors look across the estate gardens, Lower Parel and the Sea Link.
WOHA, the Singapore practice known for green high-rises, designed the tower. Residents have access to a spa, a library, a business centre, a private theatre, organic gardens, a badminton court, a jogging track, a cricket pitch and several pools, along with the clubhouse, gym and banquet spaces shared across the estate.
Possession was due in December 2024, so Adrina is complete and handing over flats. The prices above were set earlier; ask Lodha for current figures. The neighbourhood is built up and well served. Hotels such as the St. Regis and the Four Seasons, Palladium and Phoenix at Lower Parel, and a string of restaurants are within minutes, the Sea Link and Coastal Road are close, and BKC is a short drive north. Weekday traffic around Lower Parel is heavy, and short trips can take longer than the distance suggests.
