Parkside is the smaller, quieter building in Lodha's Worli estate, set on the edge of the 7-acre private park. Lodha pitched it as a boutique tower, and its MahaRERA number, P51900001339, is the one shared by the rest of the estate.
The choice is between two and three bedrooms. The 2 BHK flats are about 884 and 892 sq ft at ₹4.91 crore and ₹4.96 crore, and the 3 BHK flats about 974 and 1,091 sq ft at ₹5.75 crore and ₹6.42 crore. The 974 sq ft three-bedroom is barely larger than the two-bedroom, so it works better for a family that needs an extra room than for one that wants more living space.
Flats are air-conditioned and finished with Italian marble floors and European bathroom fittings. WOHA designed the building, and the layouts include utility areas that keep the kitchen and service spaces separate.
