For anyone working at EON IT Park or World Trade Center Pune, Kharadi removes most of the daily commute, and the airport at Lohegaon and the Pune-Ahmednagar highway are reachable without crossing the city centre. Lodha Giardino is the Lodha Group's residential project in this IT district.
The choice is straightforward. A 2 BHK with 807 sq ft of carpet area starts at ₹93.5 lakh, and a 3 BHK with 1,108 sq ft starts at ₹1.38 crore.
