About Lodha World View

World View is one of the three towers in Lodha's 17-acre World Towers estate in Lower Parel, standing between World Crest and World One. From its upper floors, residents look out over the city and towards the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.

The listing gives a starting price of ₹8.27 crore and no breakdown of units, so buyers will need the floor plans and carpet areas directly from Lodha. According to the project material, the tower offers 3, 4 and 5 BHK residences, and the layouts can be customised to suit the owner's taste. Possession was due in December 2019 under MahaRERA P51900008962. IndiProp shows World View as ready to move, and the ₹8.27 crore figure should be treated as a historic price to be checked.

Common spaces are shared with the rest of the estate. A podium with landscaped greens and fountains in a central courtyard sits at the base, and a Jain temple is close by. A sports arena was announced for residents, with a football turf, an athletics track, a lap pool and courts for squash and tennis, adding to the existing clubhouse, gym, spa and pool. Ask the developer which of these are now in use.

Lower Parel has changed from mill land into a business and dining district over the past two decades, and the estate is surrounded by offices, malls and restaurants. Lower Parel station on the Western line is nearby, and road access to Worli, Mahalaxmi and the sea link is direct, though traffic around the mill compounds is heavy at peak times.

About Lodha

LodhaEstablished 1980 · RERA registeredAll projects →

Lodha is a Mumbai developer founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha and now run by his son Abhishek Lodha. The listed company, known for some years as Macrotech Developers, has traded on the NSE and BSE since April 2021 and was renamed Lodha Developers Ltd in June 2025. Most of its volume is in the Mumbai region, where it built the Palava township near Dombivli. Pune is its other main housing market.

In Pune the company works across several price bands. Belmondo at Gahunje, near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, is laid out beside the Pavana river and a golf course. Bella Vita, off NIBM Road, sits on 13 acres and is a joint project with Goel Ganga Developments. Giardino is in Kharadi. Other Pune launches include Sylvan, Panache and Magnus in Hinjewadi, Palais in Kothrud, Camelot in Kharadi and Massimo in Baner. Unit sizes run from compact 2 BHK flats to 4 and 5 BHK homes, so depending on the project the brand spans mid-premium to luxury pricing. The company usually launches large projects in phases, each tower group with its own MahaRERA number.
