Lodha Belmondo is a large township at Gahunje, beside the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Pavana river, about 100 acres in all and planned around a golf course. Gahunje is also home to the Maharashtra Cricket Association stadium, and the site is a drive of reasonable length from both Pune's western suburbs and Lonavala.
This registration covers a wide range. 1 BHK homes of 492 and 496 sq ft carpet area are listed at about ₹55 lakh, 2 BHK homes of 992 to 1,297 sq ft at ₹1.54 crore to ₹2.01 crore, 3 BHK homes of 1,322 to 1,746 sq ft at ₹1.89 crore to ₹2.71 crore, and 4 BHK homes of 2,000 and 2,088 sq ft at ₹2.95 crore and ₹3.08 crore.
The shared facilities go well beyond a standard clubhouse. Project material lists a 45-acre golf course, a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse, a spa of 10,000 sq ft, a 25 m outdoor pool, a private theatre, a cricket ground, an organic farm and a riverside promenade of about a kilometre with boating.
Lodha, the Mumbai-based developer, has been building Belmondo in phases. The current phase is registered with MahaRERA as P52100046398, with possession given as October 2028. The listing also calls it ready to move, and both cannot be true, so treat it as under construction until MahaRERA and the developer confirm otherwise. The township suits buyers who value space and greenery over a short daily commute, since Hinjewadi and central Pune are both a drive away.
