For a 3 BHK with a private sundeck at a little over ₹1 crore, Lodha Trinity was one of the more straightforward offers in Palava. The project was marketed as the township's first set of higher-specification residences, with homes looking out either over the lakeside or over a private garden.
Two 3 BHK layouts are listed, at 1,045 and 1,060 sq ft carpet area, priced at ₹1.02 crore and ₹1.03 crore. That is under ₹10,000 per sq ft of carpet, far below what a similar home costs in Thane city. Possession was due in March 2022 under MahaRERA P51700014396, and IndiProp shows Trinity as ready to move. Since the prices are from the original listing, buyers should confirm what the developer or resale sellers are asking today.
Connectivity is the question every Palava buyer weighs. The township runs shuttle buses to hubs in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. The four-lane MIDC road leads to Taloja and on towards the Navi Mumbai International Airport. A planned road from Airoli through Parsik Hill should shorten trips to Navi Mumbai and the eastern suburbs, and the flyover work along the Kalyan-Shil Road is meant to ease the drive to Thane. Until those are fully open, peak-hour travel on Shil Road can be slow.
Amenities follow the Palava pattern: a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna, tennis, squash, badminton and basketball courts, a jogging and cycle track, yoga areas and an indoor games room. Modular kitchens are part of the fit-out.
