Lodha pitches the flats on space planning, with short passages, tall windows and a dedicated wardrobe zone in every bedroom, and the complex has a clubhouse and tree-lined courtyards.

Check the current completion date and construction status under MahaRERA registration P51700046311 before relying on a move-in month, and ask whether payment milestones are linked to the actual stage of work.
Commuting from Palava depends mostly on the Kalyan-Shil Road and on Dombivli station, which is the nearest Central line stop. Metro Line 12 towards Taloja and the Airoli-Katai Naka road are both under construction and should improve links to Navi Mumbai when finished. Until then, expect the Kalyan-Shil Road to be congested at peak hours.
