Right beside the 7-acre park at the heart of Lodha's Worli estate, Allura is a completed tower of two and three bedroom homes. Its MahaRERA registration is P51900001339, the number shared by the estate's buildings.
The 2 BHK measures about 892 sq ft and was listed at ₹4.99 crore; the 3 BHK is about 1,091 sq ft at ₹6.49 crore. Flats come air-conditioned, with Italian marble floors, European bathroom fittings and a premium finish throughout. For the price, the 3 BHK is not large, and buyers used to older Worli buildings with bigger rooms should visit before comparing.
WOHA designed the tower. Security is organised in seven layers, from the estate gate to the flat door, and fire-fighting systems are built into the structure. Residents use the estate's facilities: swimming pools, a gym, courts for tennis, badminton, squash and basketball, a jogging track, yoga areas, children's play areas, and a clubhouse with a library, indoor games, a sauna and a spa.
