New Launch

A 3 BHK at Lodha Bellevue in Mahalaxmi begins at ₹4.05 crore, but the plans explain the number: the smallest three-bedroom home is about 877 sq ft of carpet area. Buyers who need proper room sizes should look at the larger 3 BHK priced at ₹5.15 crore, or at the 4 BHK homes, which are listed from ₹7.49 crore to ₹9.51 crore, with the largest at around 1,960 sq ft.
The project is by Lodha and is registered with MahaRERA under P51900046424. Possession is due in December 2026, around three months from now. Given how close that date is, check the construction status on the MahaRERA portal and ask whether the handover schedule is still on track.
Lodha has built Bellevue with a Mediterranean theme, and many homes look over landscaped gardens. The flats are designed to be vaastu compliant and have large windows. Shared facilities include a pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a spa, sauna and jacuzzi, indoor games, a library and courts for tennis, badminton, squash and basketball.
Mahalaxmi places residents close to the Racecourse, Mahalaxmi station on the Western Railway, and the office towers of Lower Parel and Worli. The coastal road and the Bandra Worli Sea Link have made the drive north to BKC and the western suburbs shorter than it used to be. Schools, clubs and hospitals in Tardeo, Worli and Breach Candy are all within a short drive, which matters for families moving from farther out.
LodhaEstablished 1980 · RERA registeredAll projects →Lodha is a Mumbai developer founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha and now run by his son Abhishek Lodha. The listed company, known for some years as Macrotech Developers, has traded on the NSE and BSE since April 2021 and was renamed Lodha Developers Ltd in June 2025. Most of its volume is in the Mumbai region, where it built the Palava township near Dombivli. Pune is its other main housing market.
In Pune the company works across several price bands. Belmondo at Gahunje, near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, is laid out beside the Pavana river and a golf course. Bella Vita, off NIBM Road, sits on 13 acres and is a joint project with Goel Ganga Developments. Giardino is in Kharadi. Other Pune launches include Sylvan, Panache and Magnus in Hinjewadi, Palais in Kothrud, Camelot in Kharadi and Massimo in Baner. Unit sizes run from compact 2 BHK flats to 4 and 5 BHK homes, so depending on the project the brand spans mid-premium to luxury pricing. The company usually launches large projects in phases, each tower group with its own MahaRERA number.
