About Lodha Fiorenza
Roma, Venezia, Siena and Milano: Lodha named the four towers of Fiorenza after Italian cities, and brought in the designer Jade Jagger to shape the interiors and common spaces. The project stands beside the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East.
Three towers hold two-bedroom, three-bedroom and larger three-bedroom Premia homes. Milano, the fourth, has four-bedroom residences and duplex sky villas at the top. The listed sizes cover a wide span. Two-bedroom flats run from 744 sq ft to 1,209 sq ft of carpet area at ₹2.67 crore to ₹4.33 crore, and a 1,080 sq ft 3 BHK was listed at ₹3.87 crore. Four-bedroom homes range from ₹7.55 crore for 1,835 sq ft to ₹13.27 crore for 3,707 sq ft, the latter most likely a sky villa. One entry, a 4 BHK of 1,177 sq ft, looks out of line with the rest and should be checked.
Each tower has a designed entrance lobby, and the clubhouses are set in landscaped gardens. Goregaon East has matured into a business district in its own right, with the NESCO complex and a string of office parks close by, and Andheri East is a short drive south. Metro Line 7 runs along the highway, and Goregaon station on the Western line is reachable by road.
Possession was due in April 2019, and the towers have been occupied for some time. IndiProp shows the project as ready to move. The prices above are listed figures and likely dated, and most homes on offer now will be resale. The MahaRERA registration is P51800000195.
