Most of what Lodha has built along the Kalyan-Shil Road is housing. Codename Game Changer is the exception: a ground-plus-ten-storey office and retail building in Dombivli, designed by Hafeez Contractor and aimed at the professionals and small firms serving the fast-growing population around Palava and Dombivli East.
The building is split by use. Shops take up the lowest three levels, linked by an escalator. A separate Doctors' Enclave, reached through a lobby of its own served by two lifts, is set aside for clinics and diagnostic labs, with units of 300, 350 and 550 sq ft. Offices of 350 and 550 sq ft are reached through a double-height lobby served by three passenger lifts and a service lift. Prices were listed from ₹51 lakh.
Units are handed over as bare shells, each with a dedicated toilet, so budget for fit-out costs and time before a clinic or office can open. The specification lists sprinklers and fire alarms, full diesel generator backup, CCTV over the main common areas and covered parking for two- and four-wheelers. Lodha also markets the units as Vastu-compliant.
