About Lodha Woods
Akurli Road, just off the Western Express Highway in Kandivali East, is home to Lodha Woods, a gated group of high-rise towers by Lodha. The project is registered with MahaRERA under P51800030744.
Its possession date fell in May 2024, and IndiProp now shows it as Ready to Move. The towers are complete or being handed over, so buyers are looking at finished homes rather than a construction-linked plan. Ask the developer which units remain and whether the occupation certificate covers every tower.
Three layouts were sold: a 2 BHK with a deck, a standard 3 BHK and a 4 BHK with a study. Listed prices started at ₹2.19 crore, ₹3.26 crore and ₹4.84 crore for each type. Carpet areas were not part of the information available to us, which makes rate comparison with neighbouring projects difficult, so request the exact carpet area for any unit you shortlist and confirm the current price, since these figures are from an earlier listing.
The outdoor plan leans towards families with children and older residents. Alongside swimming pools and a clubhouse there is a tree house, a cricket ground, a sports terrace, a barbecue and picnic area, a pet zone, a reflexology path, a reading corner and a sitting area for senior citizens. For shopping and films, Oberoi Mall in Goregaon East and Growel's 101 Mall in Kandivali East are close by, and the Metro Line 7 corridor runs along the highway. NESCO in Goregaon, a large office and exhibition campus, is about half an hour away by road.
