About Lodha Kiara
Kiara was Lodha's attempt at a technology-led tower within its Worli estate. Residents use swipe access for the lobby and the high-speed lifts, and Lodha marketed the homes as technology-enabled. It shares MahaRERA number P51900001339 with the estate's other buildings.
Units start with a 2 BHK of about 920 sq ft at ₹5.2 crore. Three-bedroom homes of 1,176 and 1,415 sq ft were listed at ₹6.29 crore and ₹8.1 crore, and a 4 BHK of 1,702 sq ft at ₹9.88 crore. Some larger homes were priced up to about ₹13 crore. From the upper floors, the view takes in the eastern waterfront, the Arabian Sea, the Mahalaxmi Race Course and the Sea Link.
WOHA of Singapore designed the tower, and security runs in seven tiers. Residents share The Jewel, a clubhouse of about 50,000 sq ft with interiors by Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola, plus the estate's pools, courts, gardens, gym, library and spa.
Possession was due in April 2021 and Kiara is now ready and occupied. Because the prices quoted are from the sale period, check the current figures with Lodha or on resale. Getting around is easy by Mumbai standards. High Street Phoenix and Peninsula Corporate Park in Lower Parel are close, the Sea Link sits a short drive west, and the airport is reachable through Bandra. Roads around Lower Parel are slow at peak hours, so short trips can take longer than expected.
