Ready to Move

Venice was the theme Lodha chose for Venezia, its twin-tower project in Parel, and water runs through the design of the common areas. Each tower rises to around 600 feet, and the upper floors look west towards the Arabian Sea.
Three configurations are listed. A 2 BHK of 1,332 sq ft was priced at ₹3.87 crore, a 3 BHK of 1,710 sq ft at ₹4.99 crore, and a 4 BHK of 1,720 sq ft at ₹7.84 crore. The areas and prices do not line up neatly, with the 4 BHK barely larger than the 3 BHK yet far costlier, so ask Lodha for the MahaRERA carpet areas before judging value. Possession was due in October 2019 under MahaRERA P51900000828, and IndiProp shows the project as ready to move. Prices on file are old.
At the centre of the common facilities is a clubhouse of about 10,000 sq ft with an aqua gym zone and water cabanas. Around it are a pool, gym, spa and sauna, a jacuzzi, courts for tennis, squash and badminton, a library and an indoor games room. Security operates round the clock at several levels.
Parel has turned into a business and hospital district, with KEM and Tata Memorial nearby and offices spreading east from Lower Parel. The Eastern Express Highway and Eastern Freeway are about ten minutes away, and Nariman Point and BKC are both around half an hour by road outside peak times. Future projects in the area include the Worli-Sewri connector and the opening up of Mumbai Port Trust land along the eastern waterfront.
LodhaEstablished 1980 · RERA registeredAll projects →Lodha is a Mumbai developer founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha and now run by his son Abhishek Lodha. The listed company, known for some years as Macrotech Developers, has traded on the NSE and BSE since April 2021 and was renamed Lodha Developers Ltd in June 2025. Most of its volume is in the Mumbai region, where it built the Palava township near Dombivli. Pune is its other main housing market.
In Pune the company works across several price bands. Belmondo at Gahunje, near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, is laid out beside the Pavana river and a golf course. Bella Vita, off NIBM Road, sits on 13 acres and is a joint project with Goel Ganga Developments. Giardino is in Kharadi. Other Pune launches include Sylvan, Panache and Magnus in Hinjewadi, Palais in Kothrud, Camelot in Kharadi and Massimo in Baner. Unit sizes run from compact 2 BHK flats to 4 and 5 BHK homes, so depending on the project the brand spans mid-premium to luxury pricing. The company usually launches large projects in phases, each tower group with its own MahaRERA number.
