New Launch

Old Matunga has long been known for its Udupi restaurants, including Café Madras and Arya Bhavan, and Lodha Divino is a five-minute drive from them. The Lodha project in Matunga East spreads over about 10 acres and is registered with MahaRERA under P51900049433.
There are three configurations. The 2 BHK has 713 sq ft of carpet area and starts at ₹3.65 crore. The 3 BHK measures 1,120 sq ft and is priced at ₹5.13 crore, and the 4 BHK is 1,565 sq ft at ₹7.35 crore. That puts the rate at about ₹46,000 to ₹51,000 per sq ft, with the 3 BHK giving the best value per foot of the three.
Homes are planned for light and ventilation, and some have sundecks facing gardens or the sea. The gardens and pool are reached by lift from the homes. Other facilities include a gym, a clubhouse, a spa, a library and courts for tennis, badminton, squash and basketball.
Possession is listed for December 2027, which is just over a year away. BKC is roughly 15 minutes by car and Lower Parel about 20. Five Gardens, the neighbourhood's popular park, is about five minutes away, and Shishuvan School and Don Bosco International School are both a short drive. The Eastern Freeway and the Dadar and Wadala road network give quick access to south Mumbai.
LodhaEstablished 1980 · RERA registeredAll projects →Lodha is a Mumbai developer founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha and now run by his son Abhishek Lodha. The listed company, known for some years as Macrotech Developers, has traded on the NSE and BSE since April 2021 and was renamed Lodha Developers Ltd in June 2025. Most of its volume is in the Mumbai region, where it built the Palava township near Dombivli. Pune is its other main housing market.
In Pune the company works across several price bands. Belmondo at Gahunje, near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, is laid out beside the Pavana river and a golf course. Bella Vita, off NIBM Road, sits on 13 acres and is a joint project with Goel Ganga Developments. Giardino is in Kharadi. Other Pune launches include Sylvan, Panache and Magnus in Hinjewadi, Palais in Kothrud, Camelot in Kharadi and Massimo in Baner. Unit sizes run from compact 2 BHK flats to 4 and 5 BHK homes, so depending on the project the brand spans mid-premium to luxury pricing. The company usually launches large projects in phases, each tower group with its own MahaRERA number.
