The entry point here is a 2 BHK listed at ₹5.51 crore; the development also has three and four bedroom homes, though they were not priced in this listing. Carpet areas were not given, so ask Lodha for the RERA carpet area of each option and compare the rate per sq ft with the other towers in the estate.
The facilities are those of a large gated estate. Lodha counts more than 55, including seven swimming pools, an oval maidan with a full-length cricket pitch, a court for several sports, an amphitheatre, a private theatre, a pet garden, banquet rooms, a restaurant and cafés, a library and a temple.
