Jobs in Thane itself, at Wagle Estate and along Ghodbunder Road, are within easy reach, and Powai and Vikhroli are a straight run down the highway outside rush hour. Because the prices were quoted some time ago, confirm current rates and the stock still available before fixing a budget. For a buyer who mainly wants a well-connected Thane address at a modest ticket size, the project covers the basics.
