About Lodha Splendora
Towards the far end of Ghodbunder Road, past Kasarvadavali on the way to Gaimukh, Lodha Splendora is a group of 34-storey towers with green hill slopes to one side and the Ulhas river to the other. It is a large project, with about 15 acres of landscaped grounds.
The unit mix is wide. One-bedroom homes start at 402 sq ft carpet area for about ₹48.5 lakh, two-bedroom homes run from 612 sq ft to 881 sq ft at ₹74.4 lakh to ₹1.17 crore, and three-bedroom homes of 1,005 sq ft and 1,124 sq ft were listed at ₹1.35 crore and ₹1.53 crore. There is also a larger one-bedroom plan of 654 sq ft. The prices are old and need rechecking. Possession was due in December 2022 under MahaRERA registration P51700000258, so the project is shown as Ready to Move.
A 20,000 sq ft clubhouse and a 3,000 sq ft gym lead the facilities. The complex also has an open-air theatre, a Ganesh temple, several sports courts, an indoor play zone for children, a private theatre cum auditorium, an open lawn and a banquet hall. Security is four-tier, with CCTV coverage throughout.
Commuting is the point to think about. Ghodbunder Road links Thane station on the Central line with Mira Road and the Western Express Highway on the other side, but it is a heavily used road with frequent slowdowns. Metro Line 4 and its Gaimukh extension follow Ghodbunder Road, and once the stations near this stretch are running they should ease the trip into Thane and the eastern suburbs. Check the current status of the nearest station before counting on it.
