The jump from two to three bedrooms is large, at well over ₹60 lakh, and suggests the 3 BHK is a noticeably bigger plan than the one-step upgrade buyers often see in this market. Carpet areas were not supplied, though, so there is no way to judge the rate per square foot from the listing. Ask Lodha for the RERA carpet area of each layout and compare with ready homes in the nearby Palava and Kalyan-Shil Road projects before settling on a size.

The prices above are the figures the project was listed at, and they may have changed since. The area has filled in quickly over the last decade. Schools, hospitals, supermarkets and the malls along the Kalyan-Shil Road are all within a short drive, and Dombivli station on the Central line is the main rail link. Road travel towards Thane and Navi Mumbai at peak hours remains slow, and the Airoli-Katai Naka road under construction is expected to ease that once it opens.
