Lodha's Upper Thane township lies well north of Thane city, around Mankoli and Anjur in the Bhiwandi taluka, a short way off the Mumbai-Nashik Highway. Casa Eden is one of the residential clusters inside it, with one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from about 484 sq ft to 758 sq ft.
The one-bedroom homes were listed from ₹54 lakh. Prices for the larger flats were not supplied, so ask for the full rate card along with the RERA carpet area of each layout, since the sizes quoted may not be carpet figures. Lodha describes about 80 per cent of the township as open and green space, and the complex has a gym, courts for basketball and badminton, and CCTV coverage across the common areas.
The township is not close to a railway station, and that is the practical point to weigh. Dombivli station on the eastern side and the Bhiwandi Road station are the nearest rail links, and most residents will depend on the highway and township transport for daily travel. Metro Line 5, the Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan corridor, is under construction along this belt and should help once it runs. For local needs, Laxmi Hospital in Mankoli and schools in the surrounding villages are close.
